Yes, I think so. The Orbit B Hyve is what I'm using right now, and it's great.
I have an 8-station manifold and a timer, so look around or pay the price.
These valves can be used with 3/4-inch or 1-inch pvc pipe.
Instructions are included on the box, but they are not required.

I used four 2-inch squares. Two valve boxes, each with four valves, were created using valve units. The 57250 was designed to be a compact and easy-to-use tool. glue-less and mostly-glue-less valve assembly is simplified Because the valves are easily replaced (between unions), the installation is very clean and future maintenance is simple. Orbit Valve Box Bases were used with NDS 113BC boxes, which fit perfectly into the bases (the Orbit 53212 boxes did not).
It's very simple to use! In the spring, I set up my own system. I'm glad I did it, even though it was a lot of work! After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Orbit because of their reputation for high-quality products. All of these components are simple to assemble and work in unison.
br>br>One of my valves wouldn't close even after a couple of hard taps. br>br>After speaking with Orbit support, I embarked on a lengthy process of troubleshooting the valve by swapping partsbr>from the working valve. It's not good enough. br>br>A customer shouldn't have to troubleshoot a brand-new, low-cost valve down to the component level. I gave up and went to Amazon to purchase a new valve. The issue has been resolved. "Easy to use" received a minus four star rating.
There's nothing wrong with this valve assembly. Valve removal with the unions is a breeze in the future. Because of the high quality of the construction and the availability of replacement parts in the event that they are ever needed, valve removal is unlikely. In the event of a problem, using a manifold system is a good installation practice because it eliminates the need to search the yard for remotely located valves.
One of the two valves in the unit had a slow leak when I first pressurized it. A hairline crack was discovered during the inspection. Orbit quickly provided a replacement valve at no cost, which I installed without difficulty, and the unit is now operational. There are no leaks at the union connections-- I double-checked that they were completely secure in my hands. This unit is best suited for new work or extensions of existing work, in my opinion. I was doing a repair, which made connecting the old and new parts a little difficult.
br>Even for a retrofit, which this was, it was simple to install. I tested them with compressed air after installation and found no problems, but since the system is now winterized for our mid-winter weather, I'll have to wait until next season to use them. The region of the Atlantic br>Wonderful item!.
I had to wait over a month for it because it was out of stock. It's not difficult to set up. The valve had a crack and was leaking just beneath the solenoid. What would you do if you had everything dug up and ready to go? Is it really worth it to wait another month for a replacement with the trenches dug up? I had to rush to the nearest hardware store to get a Rain Bird valve to replace the one that had cracked. Since then, it has been working perfectly. This could have just been bad luck on my part, but better quality control could have prevented the inconvenience. The construction quality, on the other hand, appeared to be satisfactory.
This is a wonderful concept. It's so easy to use, and it looks great. All you have to do now is attach it and you're done. However, I've installed four of them, all of which were simple to set up and two of which worked flawlessly. Both of the others were experiencing the same problem. The black, manual valve LEAKES. I tried everything I could think of to fix it. They simply leak, and it's a serious problem. It appears that this is a common problem based on other reviews. Be warned.
