This seemed like a good choice to keep on hand. - I am extremely disappointed. I tried a dozen of the smaller sizes, and all but one of them stripped or deformed before the clamp was tight enough around the hose. These are simply of poor quality, and I didn't get a chance to try them until after the return period had passed. Be careful who you buy from.

On a 1/2 hose, I used several of the smaller ones, and two of them wouldn't take any real torque. The band is the same size for all of them, and it doesn't get any bigger for larger clamps, so we can safely assume they'll be just as weak as the smaller clamps, though they might work a little better because the band will be flatter in relation to the tightening screw.

You can easily remove your clothes. The metal is of a tin-ish quality. br> After removing one, I used two on the fuel line. br>I have no idea what they're for.

Instead of just giving this item a star rating, they made me write a review, so here it is. Hose clamps are devices that are used to hold hoses together. The clamps did exactly what they said they would do and clamped the hose. Clamps come in a variety of brands, and these are just one of them. I have a reason to get out of bed in the morning because of these clamps. They've made a difference in my life, and I appreciate it. Thank you.

I like the fact that there were so many for such a low price. However, as one user pointed out, the one size does not fit in the box on one side, which led me to believe the one side was broken. On these, I prefer to use a nut driver rather than a screwdriver. Although I haven't tried it yet, the majority of complaints are about automobiles. I don't want to go through what they went through when it came to a fuel line being damaged. That might be hazardous. Aside from that, the set is fantastic.

I ordered it because the advertisement showed it on a standard garden hose, but it was too small. I was able to return the item and receive a refund quickly thanks to Amazon's prompt service. I then ordered the correct size. br>br>However, just by looking at this item, I could tell it was sturdy and durable, and I would have used it if it had been the correct size; I will order these again if I need a smaller size in the future.

On my 2004 Camry 2, I needed several hose clamps to replace some old OEM clamps. I wasn't sure which size to get, so I went with this product because it comes in a variety of sizes. It had the desired effect. I discovered that the 1/2" to 3/4" clamps were ideal for my needs. This deal is unbeatable for the price, in my opinion. I now have additional clamps in case I require them. They've been holding up well so far.
