This male component of the camlock system performs as expected. The hose's other end is connected to a water pump that outputs a fire hose.
It was a perfect fit for my Hayward Vari- Sand Filter Flo XL The Backwash connecter is a perfect fit. There were no leaks thanks to the washer that came with the package. The product is well-made.
My pool waste discharge hose fits perfectly in this hose.
