When compared to what's available locally, these are a great deal, and camlocks aren't always on the shelf at your neighborhood home improvement store. br>br>I had two pairs of these on hand - a pair of females and a pair of males - to plumb a shallow well pump for use on an above-ground well an application for a ground tank When the pump isn't in use or there's a risk of freezing, I simply pop both camlocks off and carry the pump inside until I need it or it warms up. In comparison to hard-piping the solution, it's quick and simple. I've had no leaks or other problems with the installation, and I'm very pleased with how it's turned out. br>br>Sorry for the fuzziness of the image; As you can see, I installed a camlock pair at both the pump's inlet and outlet. br>br>I am very happy with my purchase and would make another one.

This was an excellent solution! However, I have yet to figure out how to use the key rings on the lock pins. Otherwise, they fit and seal well on the polypropylene cam locks I use on my other irrigation equipment, and buying a two-pack saves you money!.

The quality of the product appears to be good. I haven't tried them out yet, but I use a lot of similar products on a daily basis. They should be fine, in my opinion.

Appear to be well-made, and my trash pump seems to work fine with it. I discovered that applying a small amount of grease to the cams makes them easier to close.
