Questions & Answers
A 2" male NPT fitting is found on the majority (but not all) IBC totes. Because this connector also has a 2" male NPT fitting, you'll need a female/male NPT adapter to connect it. This connector requires that your water house be connected to a male cam and groove fitting.
I'll do my best to explain this as clearly as possible; there are two possibilities, but I believe this is what you're looking for. br>On the fitting for which you asked this question, if you want the 2" Female Camlock reduced to either a 1- or a 2-inch Female Camlock, If you have a 1/2" or 1" hose barb, I recommend starting with the Banjo 200D (ASIN B0078RYGN0). You'll get a 2" Female npt x 2" Female camlock out of this. After that, use a 2" x 1-inch screw to secure the fitting. Banjo reducer bushing (ASIN B0079JYBUA) for 1/2" or 2" x 1" B0079JYBP0 to B0079JYBP0 to B0079JYBP0 to B Then, using a one-inch screwdriver, screw into the bushings. Banjo kingnipple, 1/2" or 1" (asin s B00DE7YAZC) B00AB5XBGY) is a product number that can be found on the internet. br>I hope this information is useful.
Yes, it is.
It depends on which end of the suction hose you're using. The output of the IBC is converted to a 2" male pipe thread with this fitting. It is converted to female using the 200D. A 2" fitting of the opposite gender would be required to screw into this adapter with your suction hose. 2" NPT (National Pipe Thread), MIP (Male Iron Pipe), or FIP (Female Iron Pipe) would be the most likely designations. If the suction hose is bare ended, you can use the 200c, which is simply a hose barb, and clamp it. Because the inlet on my pump is only 3/4", I purchased this 2" unit and used PVC fittings to reduce the size to a 3/4" garden hose outlet. It performs admirably and is simple to transport from one tank to the next.

These are the couplers you'll need to make a manifold out of 2" PVC for your IBC totes, if you're a rainwater harvester.
The compression coupling on the two-inch pipe coming out of the pump simply couldn't handle the pressure when I turned it on. I couldn't get it to stay put, no matter how hard I tried. A co- These fittings were told to me by a coworker who also owns a pond. He didn't have any because he hadn't encountered the issue I was having, but it sounded like a perfect solution. I ordered a set as soon as I saw the price (a coworker thought they were around $100 a set, so I was pleasantly surprised). Anyway, I hooked up this set, and haven't had a problem in over a month. Note that I also purchased the other end of this coupling as well as the male/female reverse sets of these fittings, so I'm re-purchasing these items. I'm going to post this review on each and every one of them. br>br>Please note that this is one of the pieces that I did not use. However, it is of the same high quality as the piece I created; the female end simply made more sense in my situation. I bought them all because they were inexpensive and I wanted to be prepared in case I needed them.
This piece's construction quality impressed me greatly. All of the components, from the plastic to the gasket to the alloy levers, are made to last. It perfectly fits my IBC tank and does not leak.
As one reviewer put it, These would be ideal for IBC totes. This is what you need if you're trying to run 2" PVC pipe. When the banjos are cranked up, they fit snugly. Strong and well-made - These should last a lot longer than I need them to.
On Amazon, this was extremely difficult to find. It took a lot of digging for me to find it. Two of my three totes fit inside. The threads on the other tote are too large for it, so I'll try to use the 2-inch tote instead. 3/4 pvc once more, but this time work it in slowly. It's a great deal and it's well-made.
What I was looking for. It wasn't available in any of the stores near me, which is unusual, but thank goodness this company has it. If you're looking for a connector of this type, you can't go wrong with this. br>br>Shipping was very quick.
Exceptionally well constructed. For my 275 gallon water totes, this was exactly what I needed. They did an excellent job.
This was purchased to connect a threaded discharge hose to a CAM discharge hose. Although the threads are a little tight, they work well.
