Questions & Answers
Using a heavier fabric, they snap together easily. They'd work with a light fabric, but I'm not sure how long they'd last. Could you make the curtain header a little more durable by adding a stabilizer?
I don't think it's a good idea. Because these Curtain Grommets are made of ABS plastic, they may be damaged if they are dried.
However, you must create a template the size of the opening in order to cut a circle with small scissors. It was simple to do, and I recommend practicing on a scrap of the fabric you intend to use. The rings can be taken off.
If you're looking for grommets, I only had the individually packaged (2 halves) grommets in my order. There were no extra parts to be found.

It worked perfectly. It appears to be in good condition. When finished, make the top hem 4 inches wide. Make a plastic template with a cross in the middle to use for alignment, measure 3 inches from the edge on both ends of the curtain top and mark with cross, centered, then divide the remaining width and space remaining grommets to your liking. My children were six years old. Ideally, the distance between them should be 33 inches, but no less than 6 inches. I hope this has been of assistance.
The gold appears to be more of a bronze color in the Amazon photo, but it is a true gold. Color saturation is similar, but champagne has a cooler tone. Champagne is a good choice if your fabric is blue, green, or even white. Stick with gold if your fabric has warm tones (or if you want a true gold color). The gold one is on the right, and the champagne one is on the left. I hope this information is useful.
Both have about the same color saturation, but the champagne has a cooler tone. Champagne may look better if your fabric is blue, green, or white. Stick with gold if your fabric has a warm tone (or if you want a true gold color). The gold appears to be a bronze color in the Amazon photo, but it is actually a true gold. I hope this information is useful.
These are made of plastic, but they have a metal appearance to them. They can be scratched, but each set is protected from scratching during shipping by being wrapped in plastic. I ordered the bronze color and they were perfect; the only drawback was that there were no instructions included. They are, however, fairly simple to put together and do so without the use of any tools. For the grommet style drapes I was custom-making, the end result was fantastic. To be clear, if you order a pack of 20, you will receive 20 complete sets of two pieces (one front piece and one back piece). Eight grommet sets are required for most 54" drapery panels. To ensure that the panel hangs properly, always use an even number of grommets. You'll need 16 grommet sets if you're doing a single window with two 54" panels. Make sure to order the correct size for the interior opening when ordering these. The interior opening of the 2" grommets that I ordered, for example, is large enough to accommodate a 1 1/2" rod diameter.
I made three sets of curtains out of these for a home I was staging. The most difficult part was figuring out how to space them so that they pleated perfectly at the top. The rest was a piece of cake once I figured that out. By far the simplest method for creating truly stunning and expensive-looking curtains. For two sets (living room and dining room), I used an extra wide canvas painter's tarp, and for the bedroom set, I used a loose weave fabric. Because the sides of the painter's tarp were already hemmed, I simply folded the top over 4 inch drapery tape.
The quality is extremely poor. It appears that they are made of low-cost plastic. They're all dented and scratched right out of the box. Asian characters are printed or stamped in the plastic on one side. Although they are simple to put together, there is no template or instructions included, and they are packaged in a cheap plastic bag.
You find the perfect color, but it isn't available in your length, and then you find the perfect length, but they aren't light filtering. Then you come across the ideal curtains in terms of color, length, and light-filtering effect, but they lack grommets! Frustration was relieved, and the issue was resolved! It took 20 minutes per panel to complete this option. I only took a couple of hours to install 8 grommets per 10 panels, and I'm so happy that I now have the look, length, style, and blackout effect that I wanted!.
Overall, it was a positive experience. It's a nice-looking product that's simple to assemble and disassemble if needed. Delivery was very quick. br>However, batch color inconsistencies should be avoided (immediately inspect your order for quality). Six pairs of the 40 units I received had minor blemishes. br>br>I placed three separate orders for "gold"-related items. This seller has ish grommets. The "Champaign" gold and the second tint, whose name I don't recall, didn't go well with the color scheme of my project, whereas the "gold" gold was a perfect match. br>br>The grommets are packaged in twenty-piece bags (front and back pairs). When I got to my third bag after installing 40 pairs (half of my project), I noticed that the grommets from it didn't quite match the color of the ones I had just installed. Only when grommets were placed side by side did the difference (not a huge one, but primarily in saturation) become apparent, and unfortunately, the fourth bag contained the same oversaturated kind of "gold. " br>br>I've already placed an order for more "gold" grommets, but I'm crossing my fingers that the new batch will be a good match. Otherwise, I'll have to re-create my project in order to save it. Combine the fronts of the correct gold grommets with the backs of the incorrect gold grommets (the latter will be hidden when installed).
