After seeing another server at work with a book like this, I decided to purchase it. I can't believe I've been without it for so long! It has significantly improved the efficiency and organization of my work. When I leave my book at home, I feel as if my entire shift is thrown off! I've even had my husband deliver it to my office because I can't live without it. The best part about this book is that it's not as long as check presenters, so it won't stab you in the stomach when you bend over. I adore the zipper compartment; it's ideal for storing all of my cash, as well as my wedding ring, which I keep in there in case I forget it at home. The pen holder is also one of my favorites. I like how soft the material is and how bright the color is! The blue one is the one I have. This is the book you want if you're looking for a good read. I'm one of those people who researches all of the options and reads all of the reviews. I had a hard time deciding and was afraid I'd be disappointed, but I'm glad I went with this option.

As a server, I decided to invest in a server book to help me improve my skills. So far, I'm really enjoying it! I've had it for about a week and have found it to be extremely useful during my shift. I enjoy utilizing the various pockets on both sides of the bag. I use it to store receipts, parking validation passes, cash, and so on. For the clear slit, I decided to write a small cheat sheet with our monthly specials and the bar's top spirits. It's so convenient to be able to look down at the book if I forget a spirit price or whether or not the dinner special includes vegetables. I bought the white marble one and have yet to mark it with a pen. However, a few wipes appear to be sufficient to clean the book. I strongly advise you to purchase a server book. My only criticism is that the book is quite large and difficult to transport. Thankfully, the pockets on my server apron are large enough to accommodate it.
For years, I've relied on the same server book. I switched because the metal corners protect the most vulnerable areas from wear. This book is one of my favorites. I like how you can fold it in half and it won't fall apart. I've passed them on to my coworkers, and they're now all using them. For a 34-year "waitress," this is extremely valuable. It's basically stained if you leave a pen mark on it. I tried rubbing alcohol and water to remove a tiny pen mark but couldn't get it out, not even a smidgeon. Even though the mark is small, it stands out because it is baby blue. The bill zip pocket, on the other hand, could use a little more stretch to make taking money out a little easier. Despite the flaws, I believe this is a lovely piece that is well worth purchasing.
This. Now. Pockets are one of my favorite things. I have a million things on my plate as a server, and I despise feeling behind. This server book is stunning (nearly every table inquires about it, and the other servers covet it!). ), it's sturdy and light, and it's the perfect size for my apron. There are eleven pockets in total. 11! I don't use all of them, but believe me when I say that I use each and every one! My cash transactions are kept in the zipper, my recipients are kept in the fold, my guest checkbook fits perfectly, and my specials sheet is kept in the plastic thingy. It appeals to me. I kind of wish the pen holder was a little bigger because I use fat pens, but whatever. I'm sure I'll get another one!.
Customers and coworkers have complimented me on how cute the server book is. The book was stiff at first, which worried me, but after about four days of repeated use, it loosened up and is now perfect. All of the pockets are fantastic, and the size is ideal for holding. The only complaint I have is that the book does not clean up well; I ordered the white marble in the hopes that it would wipe off easily, but boy was I mistaken. I simply added stickers to my book, and it now looks great. At work, I even started a trend, and now everyone has these books!.
