This is fantastic for waiters and waitresses! The paper is thick, almost like cardstock, which is something to keep in mind. So they don't nag or fall apart, but they don't fold over smoothly (while taking orders with a serving book's pad).

These are required if you own a restaurant or a mobile food concession. They're very sturdy, and they're tear-resistant. At the bottom, there is a cut-off portion.

The thickness is just right, and they're very strong. They're also double-sided, which I like. I only use them for taking orders and never present them to guests, so I take the perforated bottom part with the "Thank you" message and give it to my hardworking coworkers.
