Yes! My son spilt his soda on the chair, but it did not leak. It worked perfectly!
That is a legitimate concern. We simply pulled the material a little to allow the screw to tighten, and then the material simply wrapped itself around the screw. It wasn't an issue at all, and it still looks fantastic.
Mine went over the screw holes but didn't cover them. They are held in place by the metal edge of the seat frame. I didn't have to go through the cover with my screwdriver.
Please notify the seller that the color is different. Take photos and request two more that are closer to the ivory that matches the other four?

I was planning on having my kitchen chairs professionally reupholstered, but I thought I'd give these covers a shot first. When I opened the package, I thought to myself, "Wow, these might just work and save me a lot of money. " I then proceeded to remove my existing seats in order to install these. I finally got to the last chair, stretched the cover over, and what the heck, if it wasn't about two inches short on each side, I decided to just put it on as best I could after all the work and an hour later because I wasn't about to undo what I had already done. Of course, it looks terrible, isn't completely opaque, and is extremely thin. The fabric beneath can be seen, but that's not a problem. So, if I were you, I'd double-check all of the covers before securing them. I just wanted to make sure that all new customers were aware of the situation.
Because my three children have completely destroyed my dining room chairs, I decided to look for covers rather than pay to have them upholstered (because they will almost certainly be ruined again). I unscrewed the cushions from the chairs, spread the covers evenly around them, and screwed them back in place. It's that easy. They also appear to be in good condition. The fabric is silky smooth. The fabric is extremely stretchy. The color is fantastic, and the price is even better.
I bought them because my cats like to sit on the chairs at my dining room table, and they get dirty, so I needed something I could easily remove and wash. As you can see, these don't stay on very well. I try to adjust them all the time, but the corners always fall off. The elastic that crosses under the bottom is also not very tight, which adds to the issue. My previous chair covers did not do this, so I am dissatisfied with my purchase because it does not fulfill the purpose for which I purchased it. All of the fabric in the chairs has been stained at this point. This is fantastic. Returning is no longer possible.
This is a fantastic deal! My chairs had tan upholstery that had been destroyed by my young child, so these were a cost-effective way to improve their appearance. They were a perfect fit for the seats, with no bunching, and they also gave them a new look. The most difficult part was removing and replacing the seats, which is not related to the sealant covers, but to the chairs. I'd buy it again without question.
My removable seat cushions have a slight taper and measure 17" wide at the widest point (front), 16" wide front to back, and are 2" thick. 75" deep. I bought the navy blue covers, which were simple to put on and perfect in fit. The covers appear to be of good quality - There were no snags or loose threads in any of the seams, and all of the elastics were properly attached. I gave them four stars because I'm not sure how well they'll hold up in the wash or how long they'll last with my cats jumping on and off them. I was under the impression that the elastic length could be adjusted, but this is not the case. They work well for my cushions, but they would need to be modified if someone had a smaller cushion and wanted to tighten the elastic for a tighter fit.
These are fantastic! It's super simple to set up! I really like how it changes the appearance of my chairs. The navy blue color scheme is stunning. These are highly recommended.
I was thinking about reupholstering the seat cushions in my dining room set. The original seats have seen better days after three children. The table and chairs, on the other hand, appear to be in excellent condition. I was planning on going to the local craft store and purchasing fabric, as well as purchasing a staple gun, to cover the seats. I didn't get around to it, though. I came across these covers while browsing Amazon and decided to try them out. I'm glad I made the decision to do so. They are well-fitting and have a good attachment system to keep them strapped in place. It was a little difficult to reinstall the seats without the screws going through the fabric, but it was possible with a little effort. The dining room set now appears to be in like-new condition.
