This is a Chinese product.
Mrs. Kemish, I bought this a long time ago- Before Amazon began establishing distribution centers all over the country in order to collect taxes from states, the company established distribution centers in virtually every state. Isn't it nice? My kiddush cup, on the other hand, came in a Spode box with a picture of it, and it was packaged properly. It looked brand new and was in perfect condition. Each item was presented in a professional manner. Each plate I purchased was packed separately and handled as a single unit. We use them every Pesakh and they are very nice; the hallah knife and honey dish are the only things we are missing. (Without specific Rosh Hashana or Shabbat dishes, they wouldn't really go together.)

Delivery was on time. While it's a lovely piece, it'll be put to a lot of use. The only complaint I have is that it is a fairly large cup. Even though the width is stated in the description, it does not appear to be as large in person. I can see how this would be a problem for someone who doesn't have particularly large hands. My husband obviously has larger hands than I do, so he might be able to use this more easily. It is, however, absolutely stunning, and I adore it. It'll be put to a lot of use for a long time.
While it is a lovely ceramic cup, the 6 ounces is far too much for a shabbas meal. I really wanted a ceramic cup, so I'll keep it, but it's not exactly what I was looking for. Rather than being painted, the design is printed on. The digitally printed design overlaps on the base of mine.
HOWEVER! The description claims that the cup is made in England, but this is not the case. "MADE IN CHINA," according to the UPC. " I contacted Amazon, who promptly dispatched a replacement. "MADE IN CHINA," says the label once more. When I contacted them again, they offered me a full refund if I returned the cup, or a discount on the china cup if I kept it. Because the cup is so lovely, I'm willing to forego English quality for the sake of seeing how well it performs. If you're considering purchasing this cup, I would advise you to do so, but be aware that you will almost certainly receive one made in China. Throughout the process, Amazon provided excellent customer service. They responded to my emails in less than 12 hours, and it probably took a few days from the time the first cup was shipped to the final resolution.
This is stunning! My Passover table was set perfectly!.
The design is attractive, and the cup is significantly larger than I anticipated. However, the box is marked "Made in China" in large letters, indicating that it was not made in England. So, while it's a lovely cup, I don't believe it was made in England unless I'm missing something. I would, however, purchase it again or as a gift.

Everything appears to be in order: br>.
The cup is fine; it goes well with our Challah platter. We didn't expect it to be so big. The Amazon website made it difficult to estimate its size.
