Yes. When I make one "cup" for myself, I fill it to around the 300ml mark, and when I make two, I go over the 500ml mark. It fills it to the brim, but it functions flawlessly.
Microwave-safe, according to the Kalita website, and dishwasher-safe according to some other vendor websites. We've had good luck with the dishwasher so far, but we make sure it doesn't hit anything.
Any server that fits your needs and that you enjoy using will suffice. br>However, if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, look no further for me - All of their pouring equipment appeals to me.

We do not recommend using the Aeropress on top of the Kalita server because the amount of pressure required to depress the Aeropress piston could cause stress fractures, cracks, or server breakage.

For the past two months, I've been using this glass server in my pour over system and I love it! Advantages: br>br>
> lightweightedbr>br>br>br>br>br> br>Easy to clean Cons: The heat does not travel through the glass handle. br>br>
> The glass handle can be slick at times. br> It can be difficult to remove the lid at times. br> Because everything is made of glass, extra care must be taken when washing.
Because the coffee inside this unit cools down quickly, it should be made in this carafe and then quickly poured into an insulated coffee cup. br>The lid fits well, but the coffee pours haphazardly out of it and makes a mess. The half cup of coffee left in the carafe after the first pour would be better kept warm with a fully closed lid.
It works perfectly and does exactly what it says on the tin. It cleans up quickly. So far, there have been no issues. It's sturdier than it appears, holds far more than I require, and only brews one cup at a time, but that's not why I bought it. Excellent craftsmanship. It's much easier to brew into this than a mug, and I can see how my brew is progressing. It works fine in the DW on occasion, but most of the time a hot rinse by hand suffices.
This coffee server is one of my favorites. It's not only a lovely design (which is what drew my attention in the first place), but it's also very practical. My Kalita Wave dripper fits perfectly on top, and the coffee stays hot for an extended period of time after brewing. I simply pop it in the microwave for a few seconds if it begins to cool down. br>br>Normally, I just rinse it with water after each use, but after a few weeks, I scrub it clean with soap, water, and Bon Ami cleaner, and any coffee stains come right off.
This is a nice little server that goes well with the Wave dripper. The only real drawback is that you can't use the dripper while the server's lid is on. This is a minor annoyance because I'd like to stack the dripper and server so that I can simply drop in my filter and go. If I want to use it as a server, I have to put the lid in a drawer and dig it out.
Price and quality are both excellent. It's perfect for pour-overs. This is what I use to dipper my blue bottle. I really like how big the base is. It is difficult to knock over. Safe to put in the dishwasher. My morning 445 gram of coffee is easily contained in this bag.
The coffee pot exceeded my expectations. It's so convenient to be able to re-use something. So neat, I'm heating up my coffee; There will be no more spills in the morning when you are only half awake. It's sturdy and easy to clean. A fantastic purchase!.
It would be fantastic if I could simply place the cup on top of the lid. It appears that a simple bump in the sink or drying rack would instantly shatter it.
