The only minor criticism I have is that there is nothing on the bottom of it to protect whatever it is sitting on. It's not a deal breaker; I'll just add something to the bottom and it'll be perfect.

Nambe makes fantastic kitchen products that are both functional and attractive, and their wine coaster is no exception! This is an anniversary present, and I am pleased with it, as are I believe the recipients. Nambe was first seen by me in New Mexico in the 1960s. Look up Nambe on the internet if you're not familiar with the company or its products. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
