Questions & Answers
I'm trying to figure it out with customer service right now; they want to send me a brand new kegerator with everything and ask me to box up and return the old one. I'm attempting to persuade them to send me only the two couplers. I guess they weren't just missing because of my order!
This unit comes with faucets, but you can replace them with your own if you prefer. br>br>Thank you,br>Customer Service at the Beverage Factory
Unless you want your kegs to dispense at different pressures, you don't need an extra regulator (gauge).
Because instructions for mounting the tower on a countertop are included, I'm confident it can.

Second 1/6th barrel, fourth 1/4 barrel. This is almost exactly what I was looking for: a quarter-slim domestic Lite and a sixth-slim rotating craft beer. The digital temperature display is very nice, and it has stayed at 34 degrees. The display is fairly bright, so even with the lights turned off in the basement, it still lights up half of the basement enough that I can see well (dare I say too bright?). It's a tight squeeze to get the two barrels in, but they'll do just fine. My main gripe is a design flaw, and I'm surprised no one else has voiced their dissatisfaction. The CO2 tank shelf is in the back left corner, but it would be better in the back right corner because of how the regulator mounts.
I believe I can fit two and a quarter kegs. I haven't tried it yet, but the measurements are very close. Make sure the bottom insert for the tower is in place. It's because of this that it's such a durable item. According to the reviews, it was a letdown, which is most likely due to the fact that they didn't use that particular piece. Getting the threads started is also a pain. So far, the regulator has performed admirably; however, I wish I could independently control the psi on each line. The perlic taps, which are the poop, were also purchased. The poop also includes a digital display, temperature control, and a deep chill option. I was initially concerned about the plastic gutter tray, but I have come to appreciate it. It's tough and easy to clean, and it holds about half a pint of liquid.
First and foremost, it arrived with a dent in the back of the refrigerator section. However, because we won't be able to see it where we put it, we decided not to replace it because this was our second order. (The first order did not include all of the pieces)br>Secondly, and the only reason I gave this product three stars, is that once hooked up, the beer pours great and is at the proper temperature, but only on one side, as one of the handles does not work or move at all. br>The third most aggravating problem is CO2 leaks, which occur when the system is connected and then disappear the next day, despite the fact that it should have lasted much longer. Perhaps we're doing something incorrectly, but we've watched the videos and read the instructions and have no idea.
The kegerator arrived four days ahead of schedule and in excellent working order. The missing parts, which appear to be common based on other reviews, are the reason for the lower rating. Fortunately, all I needed were the blue CO2 hoses, which are inexpensive and easy to obtain.
We couldn't use it for the party we bought it for because it didn't come with the keg couplers.
It's a fantastic product; we started with two kegs on tap and it's fantastic! It's simple to set up, and once you figure out the C02, it's almost like ordering a tap beer at a bar! I would strongly advise anyone to read this! My fiancee is ecstatic about his present!.
