Despite the fact that I am a professional bartender, I wanted this set for my home bar. All of the items appear to be of a good, middle-of-the-road standard. I don't like how fingerprints are easily left behind on the shaker, or how the shaker's cap (piece on top of lid) feels more pressurized and comes off more easily than I am used to with professional shakers. The bar mat was significantly larger than anticipated, which isn't necessarily a negative. The shape of the muddler does not appeal to me. It's just a little too chunky for my taste. The wooden holder for the set pieces is my favorite part of this set. I absolutely adore how it appears. Everything is in its proper place, and everything appears to be in order. Also, the box in which everything arrived was very nice. The recipe book is in need of some improvement. Overall, I believe this would be an excellent addition to any home bar. It has the ability to transform even the most basic spaces into bars, and it all comes in one box. Even though I will never use some of the pieces, such as the tongs or the pourers (because seriously, I need more than two and it would also mess with the visual effect of everything having a place), I believe the price is fair for everything you get.

I've wanted to get a Bar Set for my friend since she and her husband bought a house last year, and since they entertain a lot with their at-home guests. This appeared to be an ideal gift for them: a home mini bar. I had been looking for a nice bar set for quite some time before deciding to buy this one. Aside from the attractive look of this set (the wooden base, SS tools, and cocktail menu), the bonus bar mat solidified my decision to buy this one, even though there was another one with a rounded/curved wooden base that I liked as well. However, I'm glad I got this one because I think the mat really elevates the entire set by making it not only truly useful and practical, but also making it feel like an official bar. I'm excited to give it to her and see what she thinks of it as she puts it to use in her local hangout. I should also point out that this bar set is reasonably priced - From the many options available on Amazon, I chose somewhere in the middle - This one, however, is a winner because of the bonus bar mat and the nice box the set comes in (attractive art/graphic). I communicated with the seller as she contacted me to make sure my package arrived, and that level of personalization was truly exceptional. If anything else comes up, I'll update my review, but I believe this is a high-quality item that my friend will enjoy using (and displaying) for many years.

This would make a fantastic present for someone you despise. Because of the following reasons:

- Shaker. Leaks. It's all around you. Prepare to do some wall cleaning.
- After each use, the internal strainer on the shaker lid will FALL OUT, and it will never sit in the same place without coming loose. br>- The tongs are flimsy and cheap, and they don't fit together properly. As you try to grab with them, the metal becomes stressed.
- The mixing spoon is thin and bends easily with little effort. As a result, it's possible to bend it back into shape for the same reason.
- The "bar mat" is a joke, and it's rather small for how much of a mess this thing makes, let alone making a cocktail with a setup that isn't a complete disaster, as this one is. If you think you're on the verge of becoming an alcoholic, pick up this set and you'll never want to drink again.

What you pay for is exactly what you get. Spend a little more money on something else if you want a high-quality product. This one is ok, but the shaker (which was the main reason I bought it) isn't that great. The first couple of times I used it, it leaked. Then, if you close it really tight (to keep it from leaking), it'll be extremely difficult to open. The mat is of excellent quality, and it will outlast the shaker in my possession. The wooden foundation is completely ineffective. It's difficult to keep the contents from falling over (stirring spoon, muddle). It looks nice, but it's not practical. The stirring spoon is fantastic, and the jigger has labels on the inside that indicate half ounces, quarter ounces, and so forth. allowing accurate measurements to be taken with ease I'll keep the majority of it, but a new shaker is on my list. Because the shaker won't fit in a glass, you'll have to rely on the lid that comes with it. The Hawthorne strainer is also quite nice.

If you're a heavy drinker, the small recipe book that comes with it has some excellent starter drinks. I don't drink gin, but I do enjoy margaritas and vodka-based Cosmos. I tried a few drinks from the book and they were alright, but a lot of them contain gin and runs, and you can find any recipe on the internet in seconds. The bottle toppers are amusing; they give the impression that you're working at a bar. Shot counts can be found on Google, and some of the videos are worth checking out. The shaker is extremely durable, and after only a few shakes, it becomes extremely cold! The mat is sturdy and will most likely outlast my liquor bottles for the rest of my pours, and it stays cold for the rest of your pours. Overall, I'm very pleased with this set; it looks fantastic in my home bar!.

The bartender's tool kit is something I'm interested in. It's the perfect size for the space in my kitchen. The design is appealing to me, and it is simple to navigate. It appeals to me a great deal. "I'm a big fan of this. " I have a limited amount of space, so everything has a place. It's easy to understand, but not overly so. It has a nice appearance and complements my decor.

This bar set is both attractive and practical. You get so much for such a low price, and the large mat is my favorite part of the set. Every time I make a drink, a little spills on the counter, leaving rings on my counter. This catches everything and cleans up quickly. This is a kit that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys making cocktails. I have owned several shakers, but this is the best. The lid is very easy to remove and does not require much force.
