The box is made of very thin wood

When I received it, it had a crack in it. The glasses are filthy and have old label tags stuck to them. The product presentation was disappointing. The packaging box was open when we received it, and the product was openly wrapped in a plastic bag inside. The wooden box appears to be cracked, and this was a gift we bought to give but will not give and may return.
