Pala Stainless Steel Commercial Stir Paddles Heavy Duty 48" Cazo Carnitas Utensils

I've been looking on Amazon for a while now, everything from wood to stainless steel. I decided to go with this one after reading reviews of various brands. This was the perfect length for my 80 quart pot when it was time to boil. The paddle was long enough to reach the bottom and light enough to mix with. The paddle was simple to clean and held up well in hot weather. This paddle is highly recommended for anyone looking for a long-lasting paddle that can withstand the elements.

So far, I've only used it once, and it appears to be fine, which is why I gave it four stars. It appears to be a little light, but the welds appear to be in good shape. I used it for a shrimp boil, and it did exactly what it was supposed to.
