Built well, comes with food tags that show the name of each food item. The names of the ingredients are more like soup names (not oatmeal or cornmeal). I used them for the breakfest and they delivered on what they promised. This is an easy to clean product. It held the temperature for more than two hours even when off.

The one I have now won't do for next soup season, so I will get a different one. The original review was as follows This is the second one I've bought to go with the first. I like the price and the quality of these inserts. I found it a little challenging adjusting to the tall, skinny inserts, but they do the job! Clean up is also easy with this product.
