What is the difference between the countertop model and the integrated drying rack?

For the pitcher rinsers with the top grate/drying surface, all that's available is a 7x24" or 7x15" version.

Are there any concerns about hot water flowing down the drain line? It is cool water that needs to be supplied, but I would like to have a separate hot water supply. ?

In spite of the stainless steel sink not having drain piping, the abs or pvc piping used for any sink plumbing will not pose a problem to keep the hot water flowing.

Despite its durability and effectiveness, this rinser has proven reliable over the years. After a lot of use, the lamp is still as good as new, and I keep a spare star or two in case one breaks.

You should be careful about purchasing any products from espresso parts since they are not always reliable

It states that the return policy is one year, which sounds awesome, but certain items cannot be returned once the plastic wrap is removed. If you want to be safe, choose another company to work with or inquire directly before buying to find out what the fine print is regarding the specific item's return.
