I am making a smoothie every morning with my Ninja bullet blender and it is making me crazy. Since these straws aren't tall enough to fit outside of the lid, I either have to fish them out from the hole or refrain from using the lid altogether. The shelves are durable and sturdy, so if you're using them just to hold a glass, you're fine. I was only able to give them a low rating due to their inability to fit inside any of my smoothie cups or jars.

Drinking boba with this is not recommended. This does not have enough width. It will not suck through the straw without a lot of patience. Stick the boba gently into the straw and it should fit. I was looking for something like this. It is wide enough for me to get a good sip without the straw collapsing since I like my shakes thicker. Additionally, it has a tall enough rim to fit large cups. The straws are far superior in quality to regular straws and well worth the cost.

Smoothies or frozen drinks will work well with these. The diameter is large enough to drink a slushy with Nerds candy added to it without any stuck to it! You can count on me purchasing these again in the future.
