Yes, I was completely convinced after seeing how well this knife performed in a one-meter drop test, outperforming major competitors. I was so impressed that I'm including the video that persuaded me to try this ceramic knife in the first place. To be honest, I was excited to give ceramic a second chance. I previously purchased a low-cost ceramic brand, which broke after only a week. This knife arrived in an elegant gift box, nicely packaged. The handle is a vivid green color. The blade has a metallic sheen and is white in color. I can attest to the fact that the blade is razor-sharp! Fruits and vegetables were no problem for me to cut through. This knife seemed to cut through things more easily than my regular set of hardened stainless steel knives. there is no yanking It was also a lot easier to hold. It's nice to know it won't rust or turn foods brown (which is especially important with lettuce). That's unquestionably beneficial! The knife is oil and acid resistant, according to the description.
