The latest questions about the unit are in this location. The hot dog maker can hold 100 hot dogs at once. Concession trailer owners need to know this before purchasing.
Thank you for your interest in our products. Yes, the product needs a properly grounded 120 voltage
To step down the voltage, you will need a Connect your 220 volts to the transformer and it will lower it to 110 volts as If you use your hotdog machine at 50 Hz, you'll need to use the same frequency. I know some countries use 50 Hz.
You can only use electric power! I'm not set up to run on

This heater has been under repair for six months now. Two switches have burned out, and the heating rod has just blown up with a full basin of water inside. I managed to blow the breaker in my restaurant and thank God I was right there, as otherwise this could have started a fire in the restaurant. My only reason for giving it a star is because it will not allow me to give a negative rating.
Although it isn't put together nicely, it got the job done despite the glass doors being flimsy and the assembly not being as perfect as some others. That is, until. A few months ago, I discovered that the on/off switch on my warmer was broken after only three months of use. There are only three months left! It was expected that I would take the machine apart to see if the wiring on the switch could be fixed. It's not easy being the head of a company! I have already removed the appropriate screws, but I still feel like I might destroy the unit if I take it apart Please take note An electronic component of a new machine being removed and any work to its electronics being done There has been no customer support from the vendors. My only contribution to their efforts was to tell them I'll be willing to exchange mine for another if the one I got was a lemon, however, my request was refused. My guess is that they want me to fix their lame crafting with a soldering iron. This is BAD, BAD, BAD, cannot stress enough what a terrible experience it was trying to get anyone at the company that made this to care that they sold me such a terrible product. Though one positive note it is possible to return this product for a refund. Having my back on this issue is something I respect about Amazon. Their decision to work with this vendor should be reconsidered.
Does a good job steaming dogs. Distilled water is the only water that I use to drain and clean daily. Regarding the buns, I do not keep them there at all. After I add the bun to a dog, I can serve it to a customer within five minutes. As long as the bar is doing well, I may keep buns in there for a little while, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer than Keeping the steamer on low only until hotdogs reach internal temperature (160F/71C) is all you need. Once hot dogs reach internal temperature, reduce the heat. Adding buns will prolong the shelf life. This machine is super easy to clean, and I love it. If we have a slow night, I'll try to see how long the buns can stay warm without getting soggy and update the poster. I only have one complaint why in the world didn't they create a drain attachment so I could attach a hose to the drain fitting! You will have to buy them separately at the In the original post, I said "This thing is awesome! ". The dogs come out awesome and it heats up fast. It is easy to assemble and to * The bartender in my bar uses this. Happy with how things went. Tape is also needed along with staples for the package. I picked up the book and it fell out of the bottom.
I'm very satisfied with this product, works as expected. The system is easy to assemble, use, and maintain. I poured in 2 gallons of distilled water and waited 40 minutes before putting in about 60 hot dogs (Nathan's on one side and BallPark on the other), waited 30 minutes, added the buns, waited 10 minutes, and it was I received many compliments from people on how well the dog and buns tasted, as well as how well the machine worked. I did not find the buns to be There was only one thing I wished I could have done - put more buns in at once. My crock-pot held about 30 buns. I had a small stovetop oven to bake them in There is a pot full of chili next to it, and one with rico cheese on the side- There were a lot of people who liked.
Please don't buy this hotdog machine, it is not the only unit that is shipped with incorrect doors and wrong drip pans in the unit.
It was a pleasant surprise to find that the steamer has surpassed Besides being easy to peel and remove, the protective wrap is easy to remove, the box came completely assembled except for the glass doors and tongs, the glass doors slide on a metal track instead of a plastic track found on the previous purchase, and it DOES NOT LEAK! There are plenty of shelves, the doors slide easily and it looks great. It is solid, the shelves are heavier than the previous purchase, and the shelves are heavier than the previous purchase. Once the protective cover has been removed, there is no glue residue to clean off. Our first time using it, we had a great time watching a movie. We're going to use this as the concession stand in our movie room (im sorry for the dust in our pic, our movie room is still being built). There are removable bun shelves, hot dog trays, and doors so they can be cleaned easily, as well as an inside that can be wiped easily. If the heating element could be removed easily, it would be even more convenient, but if the sponge cloth is used to clean it, it slides right under the heating element, so cleaning it isn't difficult. It's necessary to tilt the steamer in order to completely drain the water after use, so we prop one side up and put a bucket under the drain valve to allow the water to drain completely. Rather than encouraging us, most people said everyone, regardless of how they build their theater rooms, will not use them. We are not in the same boat, and now our friends and family look up to us. Over the next few years, we will enjoy family movie nights, Sunday football games, tennis matches, Wii bowling, and more. As well as choosing an LED TV over a projection system, we chose a bigger screen, but with poorer picture quality, as an 85 inch LED display was cheaper. There is no point in watching a movie, sports event, etc. on an inferior screen. The best way to give your home theater room a cinema-like experience is to include this piece of equipment in the building. This is going to be a hit with the kids and grandkids. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BOOK!.
