Benchmark 60024 Party Occasion The Doghouse Hotdog Cooker

In order to run my convenience store, I wanted a hot dog setup. We decided the dogpound was the best solution for our situation. The mistake I made was that I had no idea what I was doing. Even though the unit steams the dogs, the cooking time is closer to an hour than the 20 minutes it was suppose to take There will be a 30-minute wait according to Benchmark. In addition, there is an instruction manual that appears to be from an earlier version of the machine that states to load the machine with hot water before starting it up. It was mentioned/shown in the manual that a juice tray should be included. When I called Benchmark, I was told that part is no longer available. A second issue is that buns placed in the bun drawer stale within a few hours, thus making the drawer useless as a self service Rather than remove the buns from their packaging, Benchmark told us to "leave them in their packaging". Exactly, I don't want my customers reaching into a bag full of buns. Benchmark is missing a review feature on his website. The reason for this is now clear to me. Please stay away from this area. Benchmark's response to this machine and this machine leaves me very disappointed.
