What is the frequency of filter replacement?

It all depends on how good your water is. Because I have a well and my water contains a lot of iron, I change the filter twice a year. My filter housing is clear, so I can tell when the filter needs to be replaced when it becomes quite dark.

Filters are excellent - Remember to flush the toilet

These are high-quality filters that effectively remove sediment, rust, and other contaminants from household water. However, after installing the filter, make sure to follow the instructions and run a cold water tap for a few minutes. The first few gallons will be milky white and nearly opaque as they pass through the filter. I'm not sure what it is, but it's not something I'd want to drink, cook with, shower in, or wash anything with. It's critical to flush with cold water to avoid this garbage ending up in your water heater. The water will remain clear once it has run clear, and you will be ready to go.
