A pressure differential gauge could be installed in the filter housing; I'm not sure what Pentek part number it is, but it has a red/green indicator for changing the filter. br>I change it when the water flow or taste changes, and I use it in a two-filter filter housing with a carbon filter.
The rubber washer is not included in the cartridge. The rubber washer should be included in the cartridge canister. The majority of the cartridges are placed in a canister, which is then screwed shut and sealed with a rubber washer.
I'm not sure how long it can be washed for, but it won't work for us. We use this on our well, and after changing it, it is no longer usable due to the red desert soil. Filter must be replaced every two months.
Yes, it can be used again. I've had one for over a decade and it's still going strong. Because our water quality isn't great, we have to wash it four times a year to keep it clean.

This was purchased to serve as a prefilter for the water softener and carbon filter that I had recently installed. We use city water, but they are always working on it, so dirt is always in the lines. With about 60 psi flowing through the pipes, the pressure drop was almost zero. I installed pressure gauges on both sides to let me know when it's time to replace them.
This is a duplicate of the original, and it will be re-issued. order.
Mine is a Mexican product. The construction is solid. The length of time it cleans/lasts is determined by the quality of your water. However, before replacing them with a new one, I clean them once or twice. (This is something I wouldn't do with cellulose filters. ).
Fit well.
We have a well, and this filter serves as a pre-filter for it. Before the softening tank and the carbon filter, there should be a filter. It certainly does its job, trapping particles that would otherwise pass through from the well. It is simple to alter.
I chose the Pentek R30-A. Because it's supposed to be reusable after a quick rinse, 20BB Pleated Polyester Filter was chosen. I haven't had to rinse it yet, so I can't comment on how well it works once it's been rinsed.
It works perfectly!.
