GRADED FILTER LINES Griddered filters have clearly defined grid lines. Each grid line is spaced three spaces apart. A standard interval of 1 mm is used. Colonies are counted on the filter surface with the help of contrast grid lines, which are tested to ensure that grid line interference does not occur.
A high porosity Microbail membrane filter provides gas and liquid filtration at high rates across a wide range based on its high porosity. In addition to large surface areas for adsorption and binding, high porosity provides a large surface area for diffusion.
A STERILE-SEALED disc with no protective paper and wrapped with a band in an individual package is a membrane filter disc that has been sterilized by 25 kGy radiation. A special setting ensures that each membrane filter keeps its flat shape when it is dispersed.

Filters are individually wrapped to prevent contamination. In terms of capturing microbes, the filters seem to be able to do so adequately and have not had any problems with their ability to absorb Since colony counts cannot be effected by a lack of visibility, it is not a problem to count colonies.

I can count bacteria easily with these filters because they are a good size and have grids so they are easy to use
