This is junk! A tin roof on a small tool shed required some screws from Lowes leftover from a previous project and were no match for the ones I used at the time. For Amazon screws, you had to use two hands and a lot of downward pressure to get started, whereas, for Lowe's screws, you need one hand and some pressure, but these screw tips were not sharp! It would not work for tin unless it is the thin, cheap tin from Lowe's!.
What they were supposed to do, they did. This is the roof of a chicken coop that I built with corrugated metal and is holding up like a champ. Roof has not flew away during a wind storm even though there have been no leaks. If you are building a roof or any other project requiring this type of screw, then these are a great choice.

I read the reviews and was delighted. not encased in anything more than a plastic bag. There's nothing fancy about it. I have no complaints about them, they are as described and secure a metal roof perfectly.
