The paper has become yellowed and chipped

It looks like these screws are horribly damaged! Several shanks were chipped up and yellowing, and debris was stuck to them. A box appears to have been thrown into a box of old weathered barn furniture My return will be made as soon as possible!.

It was all scratched up on the screw heads

There were a lot of chips in the white paint on top of the screws. It had been damaged, and there were no screws in the packaging box.

This is not a new development! I haven't been able to find how long these have been in a workbench based on the look of the screws

There are some that appear yellowed, some that look like they were painted over and there are others that simply look worn. You can also buy from a third party.
