The screws cannot be removed with normal screwdrivers, and there was not a "one-way screw remover" in my local hardware store, and the screws were so small, I had very little room to work. It was impossible to drill out the screws despite a halfhearted attempt. had a hard time deciding whether to order this item due to the relatively high cost including shipping (about $18 total cost), and the mixed review. The other problem was that I did not want to pay for a locksmith. Fast delivery of the item, and it was easy to remove the screws. Now that I have spent $15 more for a new deadbolt, the problem is fixed and I now have this tool handy for the next time it is This is the screw that contains the way screw).

A better time to buy would have been now

Until recently, my deadbolt was attached to the front door by an old security screw. Our attempts to fix the problem have failed despite using multiple sizes/shapes of screwdrivers and hundreds of pounds of strength. The whole thing would fall apart. It has been said that you simply need more pressure online. NO! This is not true! A tool like this is exactly what I needed. The screw removed with no effort after I ordered it and broke down and ordered it! There is no guarantee that you will use it every day. The thing you need when you need it is there!.

There is never an easy way to use them

Using these never seems to be a pleasure, but they are effective. It was nice to buy them on Amazon for institutional use, but I wish they were still a little The one-man show It is usually for a reason that screws are installed in a way!.

You will never know how much you need until you do! In order to remove an old double cylinder lock, I needed it. I was pleased with how quickly this arrived and that it worked as intended. The key to making this work is to move slowly and steadily. It is important not to rush because you won't be able to remove the screws. Worked with old one-way screws but failed to work with newer ones

For removing some one way screws from locks around the house, I purchased this tool. I would guess that the screws hadn't been turned in at least 20 years This tool has not been up to the task for over 30 years. It MAY work on screws that are only close enough to fit. It was necessary to use a dremel to notch the head and remove it It was really easy to set up once I had it done. We spent money that could have been better spent.

Despite trying this tool, I did not have any luck. The existing screw was hard to turn, so I tried pushing into it and turning that way too. In my view, there is a hard time understanding how this tool would be used by most people in the majority of cases for removing one-way In my view, it wouldn't be the best fit for this.

Worked well, but handle is too thin to hold comfortably

The one-way screws I was trying to remove were successfully removed. This is a serious problem, as the handle is very thin What are the reasons for creating such a tool? It is going to be really hard to turn it, so let's make it Buying some two-packs was a good idea Wrapped the handle in double-sided tape and taped it in place. After which, I held the tape along with the screws and loosened the screws while it was sticky. It would have been impossible for me to unscrew the screws otherwise, because the handle didn't provide enough grip to do so.

My reasoning for ordering this product was that I was going to refurbish a building. The tool did not do me any harm, but I did not understand. Thanks to the project, we now have a new tool.
