A 16 tpi fit over the bottom of my toilet seat cover and fixed There seems to be a long-term solution to fixing those horrible plastic bolts and nuts. There is a lock and 1 in flat washer It did the job and I wouldn't buy it again as it did the job reasonably well, but I'll look at similar products again.
