This book is highly It wasn't really necessary for me to use heavy materials to complete my project. Some aluminum square tubing, acrylic, and some thin plywood was what I settled on. The mounting of the materials to the square tubing was somewhat difficult for me since I had no idea Because I intend to take the apparatus apart frequently, I didn't want to use a threaded rod on the aluminum. I did not like threaded inserts because they were more work than they were The project was left alone for a while and I waited for inspiration to strike. In a couple weeks, I saw a video from World of Engineering that featured rivet nuts. I was completely blown away! A few days after receiving my GTERNITY M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 M12 and #6- I installed it in my notebook Item 32#8 Numbers 32#10 through I have 24 1/4-inch wrists A 20 5/16-inch tubing The middle age group is 18-3/8- The time period from 16 1/2 to 18 Here is a Nuserts Assorted Flat Head Rivnut Kit in hand. I used them in conjunction with an Astro 2-1/2-Inch Rivnut Driver. I used them for a right-handed task, and they did a great job. I crushed them flat, they didn't have any thread damage, and they look great! A negative aspect of this set is that it is merely casual. For larger projects, you'll need to purchase more of your specific size, but this is a good kit for general use. This is a highly recommended book.
