Is it possible to use 3mm flat LEDs with this?

Yes, if the LED is 3mm in diameter and has a flat top.

Is this something that can be used with pre-existing pre-existing conditions? Leds that are connected to a wire?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "pre-" leds that are wired" Trying to guess a solution: To avoid shorts, led "bulbs" are inserted from the front/exposed/panel side into the holder/bezel, and a nylon/plastic grommet is slipped over the back/rearward facing leads. As a result, if your leds are connected to long leads or multiple leds, NO, this will not work! Please do not hesitate to enquire about anything else. Note: YES bulbs can be slipped in from the "back" and secured with silicone or cyanoacrylic glue if you don't need the insulator.

They provided me with a large number of LED diodes, resisters, and plugs. Everything I've gotten so far has been of excellent quality, and the diodes are exceptionally bright. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this particular product. I placed an order for it a long time ago and only recently realized I had not received it. I reached out to Chanzon, who were extremely helpful. They have excellent customer service and respond quickly; in fact, they sent me a second package! I'm excited to get my hands on these diode holders. I expect these to be as advertised, based on the high-quality products I've previously received from them. They appear to be a lot nicer than the competition. So far, when comparing chanzon to other brands, chanzon has proven to be the best quality on the market. When I receive this item, I'll update my review and include photos.

It gets the job done

It was a pleasure to be with you. I purchased these to use in the construction of DIY guitar effects pedals and other electronic projects. They're efficient and effective at what they do. There are no unnecessary extras. I don't have any other brands to compare it to, so I can't say for sure. I like Chanzon's products in general and have purchased diode and LED components from their Amazon and AliExpress stores. It could just be their branding, but the look of their product packaging appeals to me - However, I am aware that this has no bearing on the goods. FYI: When I use a 5/16 stepper drill bit (which is about the same size as the smaller metal DC jacks I use), these fit perfectly.
