Exactly what I was looking for

Having been unable to find these at my local hardware store as well as the ones they did have were expensive, it made sense to go with this one which had a great price and was quite durable. Installation of foam insulation in a metal building went smoothly with their help.

The flange nuts are a good solution for applications where flat washers do not necessarily need to be used but you don't want the nuts to dig into the The flanges on aluminum pipes are especially noteworthy

The nut flange won't fit flat because it is not concentric

It looks like these stainless steel nuts are factory rejects, but they must come from a quality It was not possible to get concentric nuts with everything I received. When you screw the nuts by hand on a bolt, you will see the nut wobble off center because it is not centered. Consequently, if you tighten the nut on a non-flat surface, the nut flange may not sit flat against the surface.

Held a position as a lock washer

They are perfect when you don't have access to lock washers but your lock still needs to be secured. As a result, the serrated flange nuts were very useful. Lock washers would have been much more difficult to install. In truth, they consist of a lock washer, a washer, and a nut all in one!.

It is made of excellent material and finished beautifully. The vehicle is going on an extended expedition, so is being used for my truck. Each bolt and nut must be carefully selected.

Local costs about 1/5 of what they are in the US. These are the types of things I order often. Those are the same washers Fastenal sells for one-fifth of the price. Simpler to use and eliminates the need for lock washers and flat washers. Connections between electrical lugs are WAY faster with this.
