The shaft measures 3/8 inch in length. There is a slight curve to the head.
The head of these mini tacks is 2 inches in diameter. 5 mm, the dimensions of which can be found in the fourth image.
That's not the case. Its head is slightly rounded.

I was dissatisfied with the size of the tacks; I purchased them for a string art project, but they are far too small. It would be too expensive to return them, so I'll make do with what I have. It appears that I'll have to use pliers to hold the tacks while hammering.
These nails were supposed to be used for string art, but they're a little too short to easily hold still and hammer into wood. A pair of pliers would probably help with this. There were also several unusable nails in the batch I received, implying that there is no quality control prior to shipping. Despite my complaints, they are still a good product for the right project at a good price.
Purchase is not recommended. Unfortunately, the quality control on these is extremely poor. Many of these do not have a point at the end, and the nail head on some of them is off center. They originate in China. These are not something I would recommend. My string art project has become a nightmare because of them. For a better understanding of what I'm talking about, take a look at the pictures.
Tweezers or a needle-nose pliers are required. To keep them in place while hitting them with a small hammer, use nose pliers. However, because they aren't sharp, they tend to core the wood and lose their grip. We had a lot of them that were completely square on the bottom and couldn't be used at all.
I'm using them for Fairy houses, and the antique color goes well with them. Because the nails are so short, you'll probably have to hold them in place with a pair of needle-nosed pliers to nail them in. They are, however, ideal for finely detailed crafts. Because they are easily misplaced, work on a light-colored surface if at all possible. They appear to be able to blend into any environment.
These nails are fine, but there are some obvious quality control issues: some were half the size they should be, others were not pointed at the end, and some had small fins that had to be cut or sanded away. Go to your neighborhood hardware store and show your support. These are also exorbitantly priced.
These were ordered and had to be returned because I misread the instructions. They were a lot smaller than I had anticipated, but I think they'd be fine for an art project or something similar if you need something that small, just not for what I needed.
Nail art is impossible to do on such a small surface. To get it into the wood base, I'd have to hold it with tweezers while tapping with a hammer.
