A colored not a silver metal. This set of screws was bought online because I thought the color would be silver, as opposed to the brass colored ones you can get at a big hardware store. There is no comparison between the prices on these and the ones they charge locally, but the local ones are However, the listing also shows a picture of silver nails which is wrong. I should have read the description about the brass nails rather than the silver. Although I feel it would be wasteful to return this item at this price, I wanted to let everyone know that the color you'll receive will be the same as at.
