They don't deliver what they are advertised to do. This product said that it could be used to install roofing felt, house wrap, etc. However, they are so flimsy that we wasted nearly half of a box due to them bending as they are insufficiently strong to be nailed into wood studs. In order to keep from hurting our fingers, we had to baby every single one that actually made it into the wall. This took twice as long as it should have and made our job more difficult. Had I read the reviews I would have known what people were actually using them It is entirely possible for you to post Garage Sale signs, but these should not be considered building materials.
This worked perfectly for me since I didn't want to glue my deck surface or asphalt. The asphalt even holds up when it's wet. On turf, green caps won't show. My guess is that they work great for the purpose they were made for, I love it!.
Since wood is thin and nails are thin, driving into it is difficult.
There is a tendency for these to bend Better things are available.
It is a great item in and of itself. As long as you get what you purchased from it, it will be fine. Plan your projects around the delivery date, but don't plan them around it. I got let go after the date by which I had to complete my project.
I am pleased with how well it worked. I find it a bit difficult to get into the old hardwood.
These are particularly useful to fasten wood studs to ductboard insulation.
I was expecting this to work Some people did not have the same success with caps.
