Questions & Answers
The two different thread sizes on these screws are for attaching a plywood subfloor to a wooden joist, which is why they are of different lengths. This screw binds two things together inside, despite the fact that any screw can do the job. In the elements, I believe they are a zinc composition and will rust, but how quickly depends on what climate you live in.
Then again, I guess there is no reason why they couldn't be used for this, but they do not come with self-reporting capabilities

First, I bought a container and tested them with the engineered lumber to make sure they would hold up before committing to 5,000 of these. Many different dozen of them were run in and out multiple times, until they went all the way through a scrap piece of 1 I tried what I could think of to get them to break. I ran them in 3" LVL and out 3" LVL again. The remaining 4,000 were ordered since I had been unsuccessful with the first 4. The bottom line is that these are great screws and I will continue to use This is the update to the comments that I made in the previous post after finishing up installing two sheets of 3/4" plywood decking last summer. The total number of screws I drove was over 4,900 without an unsuccessful driving, so I was obviously delighted with that number of screws driven. In the next step I used the same bit to drive almost 3,000 collated screws into board. It was very easy to install the screws and it worked well with.
They are meant to be used with my collated driver by RIDGID. As well as saving me time by using a driver and collated screws, it also greatly reduced the time it took to install. These screws did not present any problems and they were easy to use.
Is it a good fit for my auto The value I got for my money was excellent.
The quality of the product is good.
There was some merit to them and they were less expensive than Sure-Drop.
They did what they said they would. I use this to secure my oak pallets when ringing them The nail will not be able to penetrate a shank.
I have worked with Senco drivers.
