Decking for trailers has never been easier! Rebuilding a trailer and replacing carriage bolts with studded decking heads

The decking only needed to be held to the cross beams, so they were also way too big. Nothing would ever be anchored directly to the decking, so these 1/4" bolts were all that was required. They were almost perfectly flush after a little neck countersinking. Even if they tarnish or patina over time, they still look great. Corrosion was kept to a minimum with TREX decking and frame paint. THE MONEY WAS WELL SPENT.
