A 5/8-inch bit was used. Only the wings need to be fitted.
In my most recent order, I received 50 bolts and 50 wing nuts in a single package, for a total of 50 complete sets.

For what I needed, these bolts were perfect. I only wish there was a 10-inch version. I needed to finish a ceiling using fiberglass sheeting and 4" foam insulation as anchors. So far, I've used over 200 of these toggle bolts, and each one has been flawlessly machined, with threads that match the toggles and no issues. I just wish these were available in my area because I'm constantly running out.
Holding wood to a metal stud, for example - They've always worked well and were simple to use. It is highly recommended.

Excellent value for money! 2X4's are anchored to a concrete wall with this device. To secure the butterfly in my concrete, I'll need to drill a hole in the 2X4 about 1/2 inch deep. (I was aware of this prior to making my purchase) Excellent product. in addition to a fantastic price.
