How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

A self-drilling anchor installs in 3/8"- to 5/8"-thick drywall ceilings and walls without requiring an existing hole to be predrilled
With the help of its glass-filled nylon body, the jaws of the screwdriver allow it to hold tightly while preventing vibration and shock
These are made in the USA and are compatible with screws from #6 to #10 (sold separately).
A strength of 79 lb is the maximum tensile strength. The screw is #8 x 1-1/2" and goes into 1/2" drywall
The maximum safe working loads for each region should be 1/4 of the listed maximum loads (based on local regulations).

Questions & Answers

What is the best way to use them ?

For plaster walls, I would not recommend these nylon anchors. However, similar ones made of zinc are also usable. The item #B013SBBUGK is available. You can hit wooden studs with them and they will still work.

As described in the discription, #6 has If the box says for #6-screws, is that an error, all other Toggler boxes say for 10 screws This box contains three sizes, do they really exist?

In the box there is just one size of anchor. With SnapSkru® SPTM, TOGGLER® gives you the security of self-control. Any size screw is acceptable and works with the Drilling Drywall Anchor, while screws from #6 to #10 are compatible. The #8 screw is best, but other screws can be used as well. you use a screw that is fully threaded, such as a sheet metal screw. If you use a wood screw, make sure the non-metal head is not on the screw The threaded portion of the screw is in the object you are securing with the SP anchor, while the thread in your screw in the SP anchor is at the end. Note that SnapSkru SPMTM MINI Self-Inflation Scale is only available for mobile phones For drilling dry wall anchors, screw sizes #6 to #8 are suitable

They are excellent
5/5

You can save a few dollars by purchasing non-brand soap but it isn't worth the price. have tried quite a few inexpensive ones on Amazon and elsewhere, but all they do is make things a lot more complicated. It's dead center to mark the hole where you marked the Togglers screw in straight since they don't wander when they are screwed in. I haven't had a spin on me yet, because they are strong. Nothing is more frustrating than having to fix drywall after trying to attach something, only to have to replace the anchor because of a failed anchor. As far as these are concerned, I have batted a thousand.

You will need to predrill the guide hole and use a PH3 Bit and adjustable drill for installation
4/5

The parts bin panels have been installed on the The installation requires either a Phillips #3 bit or a PH3 bit. I don't know how to do this. We accidentally drove two anchors all the way through the drywall, so an adjustable slip clutch is a must. We selected screw and torque (#1) over speed on the drill/screw selector. I am self-aware In this installation, alignment is crucial, so I carefully marked, punched, and predrilled a 1/8" to 3/16" hole to serve as a guide hole for the We used 1/8" because we were going to be using #10 truss head screws x 1 The diameter of the tip is 1/2". The pilot holes for the screw were drilled with the 1/8" drill without the use of an anchor because sheet metal studs are every 16" on center. You can figure out that you need to use the PH3 bit and the settings are quite easy once you understand what that is.

This is a super easy and strong strategy
5/5

There are a lot of things to deal with here. My preference is to use those more expensive ones that require advance purchase Put them down into the wall by drilling them and hammering them. These cheaper drywall anchors had been used to hold down a curtain rod that the kids had pulled from the wall. It was my immense wisdom that I chose to use a larger drywall anchor instead of the cheaper one. The same fate befell that attempt as well. Besides fitting in the same hole now obnoxious under the drywall, they have a stronger grip than I could imagine was possible from drywall anchors. The kids have been tugging at it for months and I am sure they are doing so. If you only want to fix a light picture frame and don't want to make a very large hole in your wall, then the cheaper drywall anchors should suffice. But anything that may be touched or pulled should have these anchors.

Those anchor strips worked great for this application as well as for any other type of wall anchoring
5/5

As advertised, it accomplishes exactly what it's meant to. Please be aware! YOUR WALL WILL BE CRACKED A PENNY DEEP WITH THESE. The penny sized hole in the wall doesn't bother me anymore now that I've dealt with that issue. My Ikea shelves will be held to the wall with these. For this purpose and any other wall anchoring project I have come up with, they have worked well. It is highly recommended that you drill a hole about the diameter of the toggle part in order to prevent it from falling During the winter, I have some brick pieces in my apartment and I put them together by hand I found them as I was drilling. In the event that the toggler part breaks off on contact with cement before the rest of the anchor is in place, the purpose of the anchor goes out the window. After I run out of these, I will buy them again.

Toggler fits my needs and is my brand of choice
4/5

All that I needed were the anchors, not the screws, as I have a lot of them, and this did fit the bill and saved me a couple of dollars. My experience with TOGGLER SNAPSKRU products has been positive, as they have proved to be functional and durable, and I noticed that the screw would pop forward when it was engaged properly. There are no cons to mention as this is the product I prefer to other brands through trial, error, and experience, I just thought that they might be a little less expensive since they are in bulk without.

I've been using this product for quite a while now
5/5

My first attempt at installing these was a bad experience. The cheap plastic ones I had in the past bent and fell apart when trying to install them. These are much better. They are definitely more expensive, but appear to be worth it in my opinion, even though I wish they came with screws.

You only need a good Phillips head screw driver and wood screws with pan or truss heads for dry wall
5/5

For the headboard, use round or flat iron metal yard art, and use #8 X 1 1/4 truss head screws or pan head screws. The only tool you need is a good phillips screwdriver. To pre-drill the hole, I used a screw. The washers may be helpful if you need a bit more tolerance, since they are designed to hold the object.

It will be a pleasant surprise when you see them because they are fantastic
5/5

The screws are sold separately, and a lot of people are complaining about it. Evidently, these people are not able to read My goal was to avoid having to purchase screws when I bought them. My screw collection is too large and I don't have enough Each time I visit Homer to get these screws, I end up spending too much money on screws that You are in for a nice surprise if you have never previously used these types of anchors since they are great, easy to install, and far more powerful than just about any other type of You just don't want to There is no wood, brick, concrete, or plaster in this list.
