Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how long the screws are?

One of the things that comes to mind is It measures 5 inches tall. It's a little difficult for me to say.

Is it possible for these to be mounted on hollow core doors?

This type of hook was actually used specifically to hang a shoe rack on a hollow closet door since adhesive hooks required too much surface area to hold. Certainly, if you plan to keep them inside for quite some time, it makes sense. The only thing you need to remember is that wood holes are harder to fill and keep looking nice, then an opening

How many pounds does it hang up to?

A pound. There is a quantity of 50, which is a little confusing.

Are these intended to be used with ?

No wood or metal studs can be drilled for anchors. Designed for direct installation on drywall, these anchors are provided. Regular screws or lag screws can be used for mounting to wood studs, while toggle bolts can be used for mounting to metal studs. When mounting to metal studs, remember to drill a hole first so the toggle bolt can be pushed through after it is tightened.

We make it easy, secure, and safe for you
5/5

These have been used to hang whiteboards, pictures and even fire extinguishers at my various jobs since the beginning and so far without a problem. always do what they are supposed to do and they are very good at it. It can be problematic if you need more than just a drywall screw, and there are no studs around. This is what you should use. They messed up his wall, well, that seems like common sense to me. The pre-eminence has always been mine Be sure to drill into the material you want to drill into (don't use these on plaster). an 1/8" pilot hole between two studs, gently screw through with a Phillips screw driver to make the opening about 1/4" wide, then place the anchor tip in the hole and screw until the anchor is securely in place. Keep the straps from being too tight. It is obvious that we must insert the screw now. In my opinion, I wouldn't use these directly into a stud as the drywall could blow out if they fail to secure as soon as possible. You don't need to be an expert to figure it out. You cannot make it a reality unless you do.

A must-have for any drywall project
5/5

These anchors are almost exclusively what I use instead of any other type of wall anchor. If you hit a stud with these, they will screw in, but they are also excellent for plain drywall. The hooks support up to 40 pounds but I like to hang everything from light fixtures on the ceiling to paintings on the wall with them. An anchor with phillips head can be inserted into a wall using a drill at low speed. It comes with a phillips head, thus it requires a phillips bit. This work can be done by hand, but you may have to work a little harder. You can leave it once it's almost flush. A wall that is too flat will tear out if it is flattened too much. This is where you will insert the screw into, the center hole. In general, I try to keep things at a reasonable distance from the wall to keep things neat and tidy. Therefore, the horizontal loads on the anchor are reduced, and the load strength is improved.

You can wreck your walls with these, they are a complete failure
3/5

In ideal conditions it goes into the drywall, but since the anchor has so little surface area that ever touches the drywall, these tend to just pull out with ease. In the situation where you have to back out the screw for whatever reason, the anchor comes tumbling down along with the drywall. I think that this is an interesting idea that has been For one of the well designed anchors they sell and you hit a stud, simply use a wood screw and you are good to go. I believe these are a total waste of time and resources.

One of my favorite things to do The purpose of this is The drill does not need to be used! The store no longer carries these, so thank you, Amazon! I've always used these, and they're getting harder to find in the stores
5/5

It seems like a lot of companies sell the plastic version, which I'm not crazy about either. It looks like another reviewer complained about a ripped wall but plaster crumbles when screwed into it and looks like a ripped wall. They are designed to be used with drywall, as the package states, and I have never had any problems using In some cases, I have also painted them to match the wall color when they show behind a hanging object. Among the uses I have for them are heavy wall art, picture frames, shadow boxes, small shelves, towel rods, coat hooks, and earthquake anchoring. This is something I would be greatly upset if they stopped making it.

A screw with the best quality you will ever buy
5/5

It is hard to choose just one thing I like My ability to hang mirrors with ease and planters without a stud has made it possible for me to hang large mirrors. There is no learning curve and it's easy to use. I have no doubt that it will work. With a stud finder, you no longer have to figure things out.

It's the only choice

Not all dry wall screws are the same, these are the best. They work flawlessly every single time and you can use either an electric drill or a handheld screwdriver to screw them into tge wall. It is a good idea to use these screws on walls that are made of plaster, as they are strong and can hold weight. These do the job, and they have held up to every hanging job I have used them for. I have tried other brands that either cracked in half or chewed up the plaster of our walls, but these have done not damage.

Any type of decoration on drywall should be hung using this method A very well-made anchor
5/5

I tried many others and this was the best. I own both the plastic and metal versions of this. Every type of use will be met with these. It has been very easy for me to mount numerous TVs on The wires that hold my speakers on these are broken. The cost was totally worth it.

Products were used or damaged and are now being sold
3/5

This anchor set is supposed to have 50 screws and anchors. A label had been removed from the package after it had been opened. A total of 23 anchors and 17 screws have been received. There was a lot of junk sold by Amazon. The return is not worth the effort. Home Depot has more than I need, so I'll use what I have.
