It cannot be recommended to mount a TV on this It may work, but the likelihood of this use being approved is low due to too many factors. The TV and mounting hardware are supplied with installation instructions that should be read and followed.

My purpose for buying these was to secure plywood to a brick wall in order to then install Genstone faux stacked stone panels over the plywood. I was able to do these things. I used a four point bit to drill a hole of 1/4 inch. The red brick was drilled through in some places and the mortar in others. In both instances, the hold was perfect. Pull was strong and the heads were recessed as well.

It is installed very easily by drilling a 1/4" hole through the wood plate and by drilling it into the concrete slab with a 1/4" hammer drill. Simply squeeze the drive nail into place to finish the installation. As soon as you drive the nail head into the body with a hammer, the plate is secured quickly.
The work is Anchors that I have used in the past have been much weaker than these.
I need quite a few to fill Lowe's or Home Depot are both much more expensive. If I need more, I will buy them from them again.
