As far as wire size acceptance is concerned, they seem to be within specification, and they appear solid (I have had some in the past bend at the crimp part, so I am uncertain how durable they will be. An excellent value for the price I will not repeat the mistakes of the previous reviewer As far as I know, mine arrived with the dividers still in place in the plastic box. Having said that, the box is good for a really cheap price, and if you aren't careful the dividers move around, and you may mix up the terminals. There's no point in dropping a star for this, since you're buying the terminals, not the box. The following note is for the supplier. I think these would be exceptional if they came with a better storage box.

I solder all my crimps and I've found it's the best option to crimp securely, take the soldering iron heat quickly and the 60/40 solder will suck into the crimp instantly and relatively The fork or ring has a nice concave taper. This kit is good for crimping, nice thick barrels, and they crimp well. I recommend it. One con that comes to mind is that these do get mixed up when shipped, as mentioned by other reviewers. In addition to these, I bought some other terminals which have plastic coated barrels from the sporting goods store. Then I put them on a large shallow Plano 36 space plastic tray. Plano trays are perfect for keeping the terminals separated, and the wide shallow spaces make it easy to access the terminals when needed. * * *.

After getting these connectors delivered super fast, I had to order one ring terminal right away. In the past, I have cut off the insulation from my regular terminals, but these are so much easier to use. If you intend to use shrink tubing in order to connect the wire / terminal, be sure to get some.
