What are the benefits of these connectors? Do they have solder built into them like other connectors I have had?

This is a crimp on connector, not a screw in. It would be possible to slide the tubing up the wire and apply solder, but they were not designed that way. Thanks for your kind words! We sell EWCS products

Is this compatible with 6 awg wires?

The size of this wire is 10AWG- I apologize The only wires that can be used are 12AWG. A terminal with a much larger size is required for wires of 6 AWG. Please accept EWCS Sales's sincere thanks
