I enjoyed the idea of the self-sealing ring lug, but only had one issue - the distance between the ring part and The flat washer and lock washer I like to use on my connections are the best. As the distance between the two ring lugs varies from ring lug to ring lug, you need to pick and choose which one to use. The flat washer may hang up on the plastic insulation on some models. I had more than enough space in the washers to complete my task, plus they were both in the correct location. This is normal.
