Morris Products' black insulated multi-cable connectors come pre-filled with an oxide inhibitor and have a temperature range of -49 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit. The 6061-T6 Aluminum CU9AL 600-volt cable connector is dual-rated for copper and aluminum wires.

OPTIONS FOR WIRE PORT AND RANGE: Multi-cable connectors with 3 to 12 wire ports and wire ranges of 4-14, 2-14, 2/0-6, and 3/0-6 are available. Slotted Allen Hex, 3/16 Allen Hex, and 1/4 Allen Hex are all available.

3/0 - I'm not sure what it means. 3/0 is the size of the wire; I'm aware of it, but what about 6? I'm attempting to splice or tap a 1 awg wire. ?

This connector is capable of splicing/tapping AWG wire sizes 3/0 (largest), 2/0, 1/0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 (smallest). It's simple to use and has a good amount of insulation. I used to work as an electrical power engineer, but I'm no longer employed in that field.

Is it possible to put two wires in one end and one out the other?

Each set screw has a single wire attached to it.

I'd like to divide a single 6 awg wire into two pieces. Is there a chance that any of these will be able to accomplish this? Basically, one out of every two is eliminated. ?

two 6 awg wires in, one 6 awg wire out Out with a 6 awg. Yes, it is possible. However, the total capacity of the circuit is still only one.

Splicing tee for large gauge wire

For 4 gauge wiring, this is an excellent splicing tee. These were used to connect a 14-foot extension cord to the main breaker box. My wife's electric car requires a 50-amp exterior outlet to be charged.
