The Leviton Renu 20a GFCI comes with a COLOR CHANGE kit. I'm not sure how to make the item title any clearer; it is what it is. It is not a plug or a socket. Also, given the clear description, I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. (You'd also never get a 20a GFCI in a designer color from a well-known brand. ) For $9, you can get a well-known and reputable company. br>br>Leviton has a website where you can learn more about the Renu line - It's a fantastic feature to be able to change colors without having to reload the page. You'll need a Renu receptacle that can accommodate the various color face plates to get started. They have some great videos on their website that explain how to swap color plates. I attempted to include a link in my review, but alas, linking externally is against policy, even if it is an official video from the manufacturer.
This item is marketed as an outlet rather than a cover with the same covered buttons. If you're looking for a new GFCI outlet, this product is not for you; this should be made very clear when you purchase it.
This is nothing more than a receptacle cover. I was aware of this prior to purchasing it. I had no idea it wasn't a standard size, so it wouldn't fit over my existing GFCI. I wasted an hour fiddling with it, convinced that there was something I was missing. Eventually, I gave up. a refund request was made There are no issues there, which is about the only positive thing I have to say about this. It's not worth nearly $13, in my opinion.
Listing can be deceiving. This item is marketed as an outlet rather than a cover with the same covered buttons. If you're looking for a new GFCI outlet, this product is not for you; this should be made very clear when you purchase it.
It's a great substitute for the ice in my bathroom, which had burned up. I surprised myself a few times while installing, don't ask why, I'm just saying be careful.
12!.
I'm not sure what these are or what they're supposed to be. They're not an outlet; they're more like the outlet's outside?.
This doesn't seem to be the case! There's no way to use a Leviton GFI to control it.
