Questions & Answers
Yes, I believe that is acceptable.
No, that would be a very dangerous situation. People will ground to a box if it's in conduit all the way back to the panel, but this can energize the entire conduit and box structure if it gets hot, so it's not a good idea. If the boxes and conduit are all the way back, which they most likely are, you can easily run a separate ground wire all the way through by fishing the conduit.

The one in my utility/laundry room needed to be replaced. So far, everything has gone according to plan. The only thing that perplexes me is that the green led indicator light continues to illuminate even after I manually trip it with the test button. When I press the test button on my other gfci outlets, the light turns off. I understand that different brands can accomplish different tasks, but I can't seem to find an answer to this question.
Having extras on hand is always a good idea.
I bought four of them. Two of them were successful, while the other two were unsuccessful. Chinese electronic devices have poor quality control, which I've noticed.
The back connection terminals were the only thing that I didn't care for. The wires can be easily pulled out, regardless of how tight the screws are tightened. Gain is something I wouldn't buy.
Quality GF duplex outlet for a reasonable price with free delivery. Thanks!.
It was set up by a friend. br>I'm happy with the purchase I made.
Great.
