This is exactly what I was looking for. Short cables and an RJ45 connector are both included with the sensors we buy. Therefore, we use these cables to extend them to our switch with our own custom CAT6 cable. They work flawlessly and do not flimsy or flimsy in the slightest. The shoes are well made, solidly constructed, and would probably hold up if I stepped on them with my boots on. Upon receipt, I deployed all of them and they all worked perfectly. If you've ever spent a few hours taking out a new network cable through a drop ceiling that was installed so close to the ceiling above it that you couldn't lift the tiles, then discovered that your 50 ft. cable was just about 5 feet too short? Therefore, I am the only one. If you need to extend an Ethernet cable that's too short, I can tell you this one works great for me and it seems to be at least as fast as the cable it extends. With that line, I am getting 600 Mbps Both the price and working of it made it well worth double the price.

These have really helped me out when I wanted to pick up a few extra feet on a cable but did not have a longer cable on hand. This seems to be a good product. It worked flawlessly with these cables, and I saw no noticeable loss in quality while I used PoE cameras. These are the kind of shoes I would buy.

Until a new device needed to be connected to the router, left over 6 foot long cat6e cables were just clutter in the closet. We will be fine with a new 18 foot cable since a new 25 foot cable would be too long and a new 15 foot cable would be too short. These couplers work well, and I am pleased. Rather than having to move my router inside a closet, I had to move it more centrally. Five cables had to be extended in the closet since the connection coming into the house and all of the wires in wired rooms terminate there. You can extend the length of the cable by plugging two together. It is compact and does not take up a lot of space. It doesn't matter what instructions they need to follow. As it was very low cost, I wasn't expecting too I am impressed with how well made these are. The RJ45 connectors are surrounded by a solid chunk of molded plastic. This would be the connection I would use when I needed to extend an Ethernet cable. It works very well, the connections are solid, I will never have to worry about the coupler falling apart. I highly recommend it.

We can say no more about it than that. I really like these, they seem to work great, the plastic is thick and solid, and they can take a beating without breaking. Despite no seams or flashings, the plastic has been cast well. There is no need to worry about CAT 6 connectors these will work just fine.
