Questions & Answers

Could this water be considered potable by the NSF?

This particular float is made of PBT, but I cannot say whether it has a specific NSF rating. A PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) can be used in direct food contact according to FDA guidelines, and is a good material for equipment used in the food service industry.

The arm that attaches to the device could be longer
4/5

Removal is difficult. The switch is intended to work. The removal of the stains is, however, quite difficult. I would have liked for it to be back end (tip) of the float gets hung up - They are on the inside of the tank, near the top. By increasing the arm length by 1/8", this problem would be solved. To remove the switch, I had to lay the vertical rank on its side and wiggle, wiggle, wiggle for about a minute.
