It is not possible to switch on the computer

There are 10 amps in this power supply. The switch failed after just a few cycles when I was trying to switch 4A. What's worst is that the power goes out while it's on. However, it is still on when you think you've turned it off. This is a big issue.

Finished wiring it up and took a look at everything with a multimeter. The switch won't shut off even though I'm not even finished with my project. It does not matter if the power is I or O because power still flows.
